THE SECRET LIVES OF MORMON WIVES SPIN-OFFS IN THE WORKS!

Since Season 3’s lore graced our living rooms last month, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has been the talk of the streaming and social media spheres. Between on-screen tension that could cut a knife, rumored affairs, and beef that is still sizzling to this day, Hulu's “SLOMW” is not going away anytime soon. Hoping to keep the momentum alive, Deuxmoi has exclusively heard substantial whispers that several “SLOMW”-type spin-off shows are allegedly in development.

While the most recent season and its spicy reunion have been released, Deuxmoi has received information that some of the iconic cast will not be returning for the fourth season. Scandal-prone Demi Engemann and her husband Brett were getting their shopping and selfie spree on in Salt Lake City, Utah earlier this week, but her Hulu screen time may have dipped to a close. A source told Deuxmoi that allegedly “Demi is exiting [after] this season.”

But digital platforms have taken notice of the public’s fascination with Mormon wives, hoping to highlight Orange County’s Mormon community.

A source spilled to Deuxmoi that supposedly “‘SLOMW’ is working on a spin-off show in California. Whitney [Leavitt] was connected but now departing.” Perhaps Leavitt cut ties with the project due to her upcoming Broadway six-week residence as Roxie Hart in “Chicago.” A separate source could “confirm there is a spin-off Orange County/LA ‘SLOMW’ show happening. They are interviewing moms in OC and supposedly Whitney, Jen [Affleck], and Aspyn Ovard [are] supposed to be on there. [Allegedly], they interviewed Jaci Marie [Smith], but she declined.” Cognizant of the girls auditioning and being considered, a source close to production alleged that the show “will be insane. It’s definitely happening! They are finalizing the girls in auditions and tapings.”

The spin-offs are not just landing on the West Coast though–there’s a Music City twist in the works. An additional insider spilled to Deuxmoi that word on the reality television front is that “‘SLOMW’ is also working on a spin-off show in Nashville. They are calling it ‘Nashville Mom Show’ right now - casting was last week and this week. Heavily focusing on Nashville Mom influencers.”

Even celebrities want a piece of the pie, with Dwayne Johnson being attached to a project: Aloha State edition. A source spoke to Deuxmoi and divulged that “Johnson is also producing a spin-off in Hawaii and currently casting for Hulu. All [of] these shows are trying to mirror the success of ‘SLOMW’!”

So while we await official announcements, Hulu (and potentially other networks) are gearing up for a MomTok-filled year. But let’s be real – will any cereal truly ever take the place of Fruity Pebbles gate?
