MADELYN CLINE’S NEW ROMANCE
Madelyn Cline may have moved on from her last relationship sooner than anyone realized but there’s still a little mystery surrounding the timeline.
Earlier this year, Cline was dating influencer Henry Smith. The two first sparked romance rumors in March, with Deuxmoi later sharing a photo of them together at the Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast live show in early April. From there, things became considerably less private: Cline appeared in several of Smith’s TikToks, spent Easter with his family and joined him at Coachella. Their relationship was subsequently confirmed by multiple outlets in April.
By the end of June, however, it was over. Reports surfaced on June 30 and July 1 that Cline and Smith had split after roughly four months together.
And that’s where things get interesting.
In early July, shortly after news of the split surfaced, a Deuxmoi reader wrote in claiming they had spotted Cline making out with a mystery man on Mulholland Drive. At the time, the reader had no idea who the man was, so his identity remained a mystery.
Fast forward to the beginning of August, when Cline was photographed with real estate executive Michael Reyes enjoying dinner at El Cava in Studio City. The pair shared mussels and white wine and were photographed looking cozy during the outing.
After those photos surfaced, the same reader who sent in the July Mulholland sighting circled back, saying they believed Reyes was the mystery man they had spotted with Cline the month before.
To be clear, we can’t independently confirm that the man spotted on Mulholland was Reyes. But if our reader’s identification is correct, Cline and Reyes may have been spending time together since shortly after her split from Smith became public and weeks before they were photographed together in August
