Jack Schlossberg, the grandson of John F. Kennedy, has wiped his social media presence clean after posting controversial comments about members of his own family. Sources tell Deuxmoi that the posts, which targeted Anthony Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger, caused a rift within the Kennedy family, ultimately leading to Schlossberg's social media departure.
Schlossberg's posts allegedly included criticisms of Shriver's non-profit organization and revealed private text messages from Schwarzenegger. He reportedly wanted Schwarzenegger to publicly denounce RFK Jr., a request that was met with resistance.
"It was actually Maria Shriver who was deeply hurt by the attacks on her family, Anthony and Patrick," an exclusive Deuxmoi source revealed. "That's what got Caroline [Kennedy, Jack's mother] to ask him to stop."
While Schlossberg has a reputation for being outspoken and unafraid of controversy, it seems his mother's concern for Maria Shriver's feelings ultimately led to his decision to delete his social media accounts. "Caroline doesn't care what most people think, but does care deeply about Maria," the source added.
Caroline Kennedy, caught in the middle of this family feud, has reportedly been trying to navigate the situation delicately. "She's been saying he's a grown man and it's not her place to tell him what to do," the source explained. This incident sheds light on the complexities of family dynamics, especially within a high-profile family like the Kennedys. While Schlossberg might be entitled to his opinions, his public criticisms of his family members have clearly caused tension and hurt feelings.
Schlossberg also targeted renowned lawyer and Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz. According to the New York Post, Schlossberg posted to his social media claims that Dershowitz had killed his wife, who is still alive (Deuxmoi did not see these posts). Regarding Schlossberg's controversial social media posts our source reveals, "You know his demeanor. Jack wasn't ranting and screaming. He seemed in control. In the end I think he had obscene sexual language posts that I did not see. So maybe there was a break down at the end. But I was told as far as Dershowitz was concerned, when Jack would not respond to his office, he reached out to Caroline's people and said he had known the family for 50 years and she should not let her son ruin the longstanding relationship and allegedly Caroline's lawyer said if Dershowitz thought he had a defamation case that would stand up in court, he SHOULD sue. They had a bring it on attitude."
Schlossberg's social media disappearance leaves many questions unanswered. Will he return to the online world? Has this incident caused irreparable damage to his family relationships? Only time will tell.
