Right now, a Deuxmoi source tells us he might not do a typical tour but instead focus on mini-residencies in select cities. Coachella is rumored to be his test run before more is invested. They’re watching how Harry Styles’ MSG mini-residency concept fares, and if it’s a hit, Bieber’s next step may follow suit. Our source says, "Harry Styles is sort of testing out this mini-residency concept at MSG and that's what they envision for JB after, assuming this goes well and the MSG idea is popular. They are also doing this with Celine Dion... although hers is conditional on her health first before any other announcements. None of her currently planned residencies are in North America though."
As for that Netflix special rumor, he had free rein to film at Coachella, so chances are, something’s likely in the works, but it's up to how (and if) that footage gets turned into something official.
