Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and actress Dakota Johnson are high up in the ranks for rollercoaster celebrity relationships. In the June 2nd Deuxmoi newsletter, Deuxmoi shared how Chris allegedly shared his newly single status with a fan who was catching a ride with him. Turns out, that fan might have been among the first to know! 

This week, an exclusive source told Deuxmoi the latest on the couple. “Apparently, they’re on-again-off-again constantly,” the source stated. “The final straw was that he packed up and moved out of their home together when she was out of town without telling her. She got home and he was gone.” The source added how this was back in July, and they could have even gotten back together by now. However, recent sightings of Chris in Italy prove otherwise. “Chris Martin was hooking up with an Italian model a few weeks ago in Rome!”, an exclusive source wrote Deuxmoi this week. “The news is not a surprise…I thought everybody knew they split,” continued the source. 

News outlets are refuting any breakup rumors, but our sources are holding firm. “They definitely split. Dakota is going to do this her way, I think,” our source added. An additional exclusive source chimed in on the couple’s future plans and how they might have changed. “Dakota wanted to start a family, but Chris didn’t. They were supposed to get married in October.” Deuxmoi has been reporting on Chris and Dakota’s alleged engagement since early 2023 despite an official announcement.
